Hold the floorball stick as if you were going to play. The hand placed lowest on the shaft determines which option you should choose.

If your right hand is at the bottom, choose a Right stick. If your left hand is at the bottom, choose a Left stick. You can also identify the correct side by looking at the direction in which the blade is curved.

Left and Right describe the direction in which the blade is curved and do not necessarily correspond to whether you are right-handed or left-handed.

The flex rating indicates how much the shaft bends under pressure. A lower flex rating means a stiffer shaft, while a higher flex rating means a softer shaft. For example, flex 26 is stiffer than flex 29.

Junior players should choose a softer flex, often 32 or higher, depending on their age and weight.

Flex should primarily be chosen based on the player’s strength, weight and shooting technique.

Younger and lighter players generally find it easier to load a softer floorball stick with a higher flex rating. Stronger players can often use a stiffer stick with a lower flex rating.

Especially as the price often is lower for a stick made of fiber glass than for a stick made of carbon fiber.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends. This means that an order placed on Friday afternoon will not be shipped until Monday.

For international orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. However, delivery to some European countries located farther from Sweden may take up to six days.

Standard shipping is free when you spend more than 1,000 SEK / 1,000 DKK / €130 / 2,999 CZK.

If you select home delivery, an additional fee of 19 SEK / 19 DKK / €2 / 42 CZK will apply, as this is a more expensive delivery service.

For orders below 1,000 SEK standard shipping within Sweden costs SEK 59, while home delivery costs SEK 79.

You can find information about your order in the order confirmation sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. The email also allows you to track your order and follow its progress before delivery.

The email contains an order number, which you will need if anything has gone wrong with your order.

Of course, you can return an item. We apply Swedish consumer protection legislation, which gives you the right to return an item within 30 days.

Please note that customers are required to pay a return fee, which is part of our standard return procedure. The product must be returned in its original condition, as received, and must be unused.

Always use the original box when returning an item.
