For export orders, we usually keep 2-4 days as for Swedish orders but for countries within EU far away from Sweden there might be a small delay which means we guarantee 2-6 days for all export orders depending on market.

You receive free standard shipping for purchases over 1000 SEK, €99, 999 DKK or 2999 CZK. For home delivery, an additional fee applies due to the premium service. If your order is below the free limit, shipping costs are 59 SEK for standard delivery within Sweden and 79 SEK for home delivery. For export orders our standard rate is €9,90. Unfortunately, no. Due to our efficient order processing, it is easier for both you and us to place a new order and treat the previous one as a return.

Of course. According to Consumer law, you are entitled to return a product within 14 days. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Invoices are sent via the Klarna app if you chose Klarna at checkout, or via email for other payment methods. You will also receive a confirmation email from Klarna once your order is ready for payment. Invoices are generated when your order leaves our warehouse.

After returning a product, it may take a few days for it to reach our warehouse. Once received, it typically takes 2–3 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund. Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot merge separate orders. Each order is handled individually at our warehouse.

No, it is not possible to add items to an already placed order.

We rarely hold sales events, as we prioritize supporting our retailers. At the end of each season, discontinued products may be discounted. Additionally, we offer multi-packs and last season’s products under our SALE section.

Choosing the right floorball stick is highly individual. We recommend reviewing our stick guide HERE, where you can find advice based on height, flex, and model. You are also welcome to email us for personalized recommendations.

Stick length is very individual. A general guideline is that the stick should reach just above your navel when standing upright. Younger players who are still growing might benefit from choosing a slightly longer stick. Read more about choosing the right stick length HERE.

We offer 6–7 different stick series, classified by material composition, flex, and pricing. Generally, a higher carbon fiber content results in a lighter, more responsive (and more expensive) stick. Junior sticks often have more fiberglass, while elite sticks contain more carbon fiber for enhanced performance.

In general, our goalie gear should be washed at 30°C with no tumble drying. Some items may require hand washing to maintain structure and function. Always follow the care labels inside the garments.

Our products are available in most sports retailers across Sweden, including sports chains and floorball specialists. Contact your local retailer beforehand to ensure they have the specific product in stock.

We currently offer three materials: PE, PP, and PP-H.

• PE: Classic, slightly stiffer material, easier to hook.
• PP: Softer, dampening material, providing better ball control but more difficult to hook.
• PP-H: A stiffer version of PP for players seeking a firmer blade.

Yes, we offer a Longshaft model for players who need a stick longer than 104 cm. Please note that sticks longer than 104 cm are not certified for official match play without special permission from the International Floorball Federation (IFF).

Grip preference is highly individual. Our most popular grips are MONSTER2 and SUPERSTICKY. Many players find the grey SUPERSTICKY grip extremely tacky. We also offer thinner and lighter grips. View all grips HERE.
